Home equity
Citizens offers a HELOC and a fixed home equity loan. Lines are often positioned for smaller balances as well as larger ones. Closing-cost credits and relationship pricing are common bank levers. Footprint is not national in the way a fintech’s is.
Mortgage refinance
Citizens originates mortgages, including refinance. Cash-out refinance is available where they lend, subject to standard LTV and income tests. It replaces the first lien.
Home equity investment
Citizens does not offer a home equity investment.

- A second lien leaves a low-rate first mortgage alone.
- Bank servicing is the trade for a slower close.
